Great service, prompt delivery. I ordered a B&W hitch that arrived factory-sealed. One of the bolts snapped when torquing it down, and it was missing a small baggie of ancillary parts. I messaged both Truckpoint & B&W, and received prompt, polite, helpful advice from both firms. B&W shipped the missing/faulty parts immediately, but Truckpoint were both on the phone with me, and also following-up via e-mail until this small issue was resolved. Buy from these guys with confidence.

Truck point is a SCAM Ordered a Borla 140705 exhaust for my car they were by far the cheapest on line.Paid in full via PayPal Jan 9, 2023 , email confirming my order on the 10th sent me a email saying it was back ordered for 4 weeks on the 11th and they would have to cancel my order. I told them i would wait no problem because they were so much cheaper then any of the competitors.Got zero response still waiting for my money to be credited to my pay pal and have not heard a word back. In the meantime while waiting I called Borla and ask about lead times and they informed that there is no back order on the part 140705 and that it could ship within 7 days. Borla ask what distributor I bought it from so they could resolve the issue for me. I was informed that Truck Point is not an authorized distributor and that they DO NOT buy Borla direct and that they miss priced the product too low and this is why they lied about the back order thus having to cancel my order.It’s fine to cancel the order but I am still waiting for my money to be released from PayPalMake sure truck point is an authorized distributor of whatever you are going to buy or they will hold on to your money for weeks.SCAMMERS

Recently purchased Putco window Vents and AV bug shield in Chrome finish. Easy to order. Small issue with invoicing, ( Truck Point were just making sure the transaction was legitimate ) Shipped from Saskatchewan on Wednesday, arrived in Ottawa on Thursday and delivered the same day. Took under an hour to install the four window vents and the bug shield. All in excellent condition .I am impressed. Sales staff are very efficient at responding to my requests and inquiries. I will definitely buy there again and will tell my friends to give MY TRUCK POINT a chance to perform.Well done everyone there at My Truck Point.

Horrible customer service do not recommend buying anything from this place, ordered 2 exhaust tips back in beginning of December. I didn't hear from them for a couple weeks no big deal Christmas rush figured they'd be busy. beginning of January I emailed them again and no reply. I filed a complaint with PayPal they immediately sent me the tracking number saying they had to order from the manufacture blah blah blah. 3 days later I received the package before I even opened the cardboard box I knew there was an issue there's no way they would get 2 exhaust tips in a little box like that. sure enough when I opened the box there's only 1 exhaust tip. I emailed them and they said they would look into it, its been 2 days and nothing.

I placed my order for an AMP-Research Bedstep for my Ram 1500 and not only did they have the best price I could find in Canada but the shipping was amazing. Received order the next day!!! Amazon could learn a think or two about shipping from these guys!!!! Would highly recommend and will be shopping with them again!!

I purchased running boards for my truck back in June. I was told that there would be a 2-4 week wait as they were not in stock. When I had not received nor heard from My Truck Point by the end of July, I called them and spoke to a service associate named Sam. He said he would look into why I haven’t received them. I finally received a tracking number and thought I would receive the product shortly. I didn’t and it turned out that the shipping company lost the boards! Sam was quick to send another set with a different shipping company and even told me he would personally deliver them to me if I didn’t get them this time. Finally they came and I credit Sam for his perseverance and diligence to rectify this unusual situation. Many factors were beyond the control of My Truck Point yet they did everything they could to fulfill my order. I would recommend My Truck Point for their products and great customer care.
