Don did legal work for me that I had to have done and we were short on time. He got everything done in record time. He also did the real estate work on my home when I bought it almost 34 years ago so I thought of him again for help and it was really nice to see him again.

I am 100% satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Marlowe and his wonderful team. They did a great job at a very reasonable fee and put high value in the loyalty to our work. I would recommend everyone who needs legal aid to go to him.

Our friend referred Mr. Marlowe to us. Mr. Marlowe is very professional but the assistants in the office are awful. They are unprofessional, not efficient at all. You will have to follow up your issue all on your own. We had a real estate transaction with the firm in 2019 August. In September, we found out that we had a big water bill payment from previous owner, we called the assistant and trusted her that she's going to deal with previous owner's lawyer and help us to solve the problem. We were so busy with moving and we forgot to follow up with her. After half a year, we received the big water bill again! The assistant just scanned the water bill payment to the previous own's lawyer and never followed up since 2019 September. And we never received our final real estate documents! No one called us to come to pick up the documents. After the water bill issue, they finally mail us the documents and we had to file First Canadian Tile insurance claim for the water bill ourselves. We also wanted to set up a WILL with the firm during the real estate transaction. ( I wouldn't have dealt this with them if i knew the assistants are so bad!) We gathered all the documents and sent to the other assistant. It took them half a year to finalize all the documents. There were some errors with the name on the document, we asked them to change, after 2 month, she sent back the documents, it's still not changed! I don't understand how hard it is to just change names on the document! Again, we never got a call to come to office to sign the documents. If we knew the assistants were so bad, we wouldn't deal with them for the WILL. Don't go to this law firm. Nothing against the lawyer, but the assistants are awful! It was very bad experience! If there's an option for 0 star, i would choose 0 star.

We had an incredible experience with the Donald Marlowe team. They were very attentive and thoughtful through the whole process. We feel very lucky to have found a law team we can trust and enjoy working with.

Don Marlowe has closed for a number of my clients and also did the closing on my own house. Consumate gentleman, thorough, friendly and keeps the process easy to understand. Takes the intimidation right out of things. That's a gift.
