Today I received a Buck Knife I purchased from the Cutlery Shoppe. That is about a week or two faster then I expected it and a day faster then tracking showed it would show up, impressive! Living in a small town in Montana you generally have to order things that are beyond the very basic and it generally arrives a couple weeks later than it was suppose to, you learn to expect it. The gentleman I spoke to at the Cutlery Shoppe said he was going to get the knife I ordered shipped as soon as we finished talking on the phone and he actually did it, VERY impressive!!Professional, knowledgeable staff that actually does as they say they will, good price, I couldn't be more pleased. I know where I'll be shopping in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs/wants, something they are selling. I had a great experience with these folks, and I already have my eye on a couple items they have in inventory as I type this.

These guys are awesome! They had the knife I was wanting and shipped it very fast with a nice thank you pack along side. I will be dealing with them again and highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I just want to share a very positive review. My experience with customer service (Jeff) was outstanding. I have bought multiple knives from CSI and had a concern with spring action on (2), one was a bit lethargic and another was unable to consistently lock up from rebound/hard firing! Both should have been caught/improved during QC at factory (both USA made). Jeff hand picked replacements for me. It's great to have a vendor that is so supportive and I will most certainly be back for more (don't tell wifey!)...Thanks Jeff.

UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE:What a terrific response from Jeff it is a shining example of his actual customer service and how he just writes someone off instead of talking and working with them like you would expect from someone who genuinely stands behind a Satisfaction Guarantee". I ordered a Limited Edition Spyderco and got lost in mail. Went to order another one and they had sold out. Emailed Jeff letting him know the issue and he blessed me with another one shipped same day. Everyone was very nice on the phone. Very truthful and quick people to make business with. Thank you!
