We recently worked with Town and Country to have a fence installed around our pool. We also had them install two gates on the side of our house.Overall this was a great experience and we are very happy we choose to go with Town and Country. Their sales team was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly.I see other reviews mentioning a lack of response but that was not my experience at all. In fact I found Town and Country to be the most responsive and fastest to respond when I was getting for quotes.The installers were professional and did a great job of installing our fence. We had no issues and if I ever need another fence I know who I am calling.

I hired this company to replace our privacy fence. I had scheduled it throughout a week that I wasn’t going to be home. As they had to take a few days to do it for post holes to set. I was told it would be done by Wednesday. When I got back on Thursday there were fence posts up but no fence. 3 of my patio stones were destroyed and in need of being replaced. My neighbours were nasty people like those right out of a trashy redneck trailer park. With vicious dogs that constantly fence fought with mine. I explained my need for a fence with no gaps so that there was no way for our dogs to get hurt. When they showed up on Friday (because I called and asked why this wasn’t done, and stressed the danger of no fence with dogs who don’t get along) they started putting together a fence with gaps. Telling me that was all the wood they had. That it was what they had been told to do. So I ended up getting a different fence than I had ordered. They also built a gate, that did not set properly and within 2 months had shifted and the gate could barely open. Every time I needed information or for them to fix something it was a minimum of 3 phone calls. They rarely returned calls and when they did it was always explained that they never got a message before then to do so.They are a frustrating company to work with.I am all around disappointed with this company’s work ethic, customer service, and lack of quality workmanship.

Town & Country did our fence on time, on budget and professionally. We had a great experience for a large chain-link fence with ornamental iron fencing for a portion. We agreed on detailed specifications and everything was completed as planned. I would definitely work with them again.

We just had Town & Country wrap up a hot tub fence project for us, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Jeff was VERY responsive in the site visit & estimation process. His knowledge of Guelph's pool bylaws and options was very helpful. He went above & beyond in getting the custom gate completed & installed just in time for city inspection. The install team was also great to work with; friendly guys who take great pride in their work. We HIGHLY recommend Town & Country fencing.

We had a great experience this summer. We had our pool put in and there were a few different stages with the fencing that needed to be done to follow bylaws with the pool installation (backing onto green space and a corner lot) They did all the work and we did not have to worry about anything. They came in and and put the fence up without a hitch. They also helped with ideas to maximize the space for the pool. We did a rod-iron and wood fence combo. We would not change a thing. Very professional and clearly experienced. I would highly recommend them!

The fencing business is a tough gig. To those who think it's easy... Dream on! Our seasons are short, the timelines are tight and the profits are slim when trying to be competitive.Jeff and the Town and Country team did an awesome job. Quoted promptly upon suggested time line. Crew showed up and knocked out the job, efficiently and with great quality. They will 100% get my return business!

Communications is not good at all, be ready to call them a lot to ensure things proceed. Website forms do not work.Worked with them a couple of times and they do good work at fair pricing, with the time to pick up the phone.They also have large wait times as they are very busy and thus can't give ETA, but often do the smaller jobs at the end of season (fall) so expect a wait.
