After having tried many pillows in various stores in the surrounding area without finding one that worked for me ( I have neck and shoulder pain so it was hard to find something that was comfortable), I decided to go check out Dormez-Vous. Jeremie was the one who helped me and he offered excellent customer service - he listened to my needs and recommended a pillow that had the best fit for me. He took the time to ensure that the pillow allowed my shoulders and head/neck to be aligned in an optimal position too, and did not rush me even though it reached the store closing time.. Thank you again Jeremie, I really appreciate your help!!

Went there for just info on bed frames and mattresses and ended up buying both salesman(Jacob) was excellent, knew his products extremely well, and made us feel very comfortable being there. I highly recommend asking for Jacob. You'll be happy you did.

Great experience, the salesman was very good explaining all the pros and cons of each bed.He took a lot of time (we know they are paid at commissions) regardless I had a great experience and really satisfy with my purchase.

I have been looking for a ajustable bed and matresse. When I walked in I felt welcome and listen to my needs. Kim is very professionnel love her energy and does everything she can to help, instead of 5 days for delivrey getting in 2. Thank you for making my visit a pleasure.

First delivery was not the right item. I wasted a day waiting for nothing. The second delivery was the right item without the same bill. they never told me I had to pay more for the right item. They never called me back to tell me if my sheets were ready. I had to go get them in another store.

We had a great experience at this store. Nicolas was a great help in helping us find a replacement mattress. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the different mattresses.
