A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections Edmonton with Sheldon Sansom

I had Sheldon and Travis come take a look at an acreage I’m purchasing.Sheldon was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the home.The report give was above and beyond! Very detailed with tons of tips for ways to keep everything running at its peak. And took many pics so it was easy to read and interesting.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Worth every penny, especially compared to the last home inspector I had.

Not sure what to say other than impressive all the way round. Sheldon was professional, polite but more importantly he was competent and thorough. The report included comprehensive write-ups with photos and was easy to follow. He not only pointed out the areas/issues of concern but also pointed out areas that he found to be above industry minimum standards. I Highly recommend this company.

Sheldon was an absolute professional and a gem to work with! He was kind, fast and responsive to all my questions. If you're in doubt about hiring a home inspector for a new build, definitely get one as Sheldon pointed out quite a few things we didn't catch during our first walkthrough of the house that we can now point out to the builders to fix. The report was straightforward, had pictures, and was easy to read with additional recommendations you should know as a homeowner. The website is also very straightforward so you choose the cost (depending on type of inspection) and see the booking availabilities of each inspector. Highly recommend Sheldon's services!

I needed an inspection for the home I was buying out of town, and they listed my area on their website which was great! Excellent service and communication, and I received my report the same day as inspection. It was very detailed and explained all issues with repair recommendations! Even though I was not there with my realtor, it went smoothly and I am glad I could trust this company!

Sheldon was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very competent and thorough. I was hoping he could provide me with some suggestions regarding what I could do to fix it that would not be too costly. He offered to come and take a look, which was very kind of him and more than I had expected he would do. When he came to look at it, much to my surprise, he offered to repair it for me, free of charge. When he did so, once again, Sheldon was very reliable, competent, friendly, and professional. He would take nothing more than the cost of the materials needed to repair it. If I could give Sheldon more than a 5 star rating, I would! Very fast response to a rush request inspection. After I reviewed the inspection report I found it to be about the best and most detailed report I have received for a home sale I have had to do. I hope to never move again but if I do Buyer's Choice will be my first call for inspection on a new property. Thank you for the excellence in your reporting and customer service.
