Never had such great service!! Amelie is the best, especially with Blonde coloration but honestly she’s amazing with anything I’ve asked to try. Honest advice and amazing work for a reasonable price. I’ve moved to Montreal but still make the trip to get my hair done here!

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Alsu yesterday afternoon and wow that was a total treat!Alsu took the time to wash my hair, cut and style it. It was a total treat and privilege to sit in her chair, I really look forward for the next visit.

Not my first time going there, but today I am very disappointed with them, made a reservation last weekend for the upcoming Tuesday(today) and they cancelled on the last minute, I actually was at the door when they called me to cancel my appointment. they gave me excuse saying they have not saw my appointment and the stylist (Marie Christine) will not have time to see me today, I live literally 40 minutes from there. They offered me to send me to another location on a very shady mall, which was complete out of touch. This was very unprofessional from them and I am not looking to go back there.

Good stuff but there's someone there that doesn't speak a word of english/French. I had to make her repeat three times. Do you have any idea how awkward it is to ask someone to repeat three times?Sorry didn't get that, what did you say? Um, I'm not sure I got that right, can you repeat? Uuhhh, wait what?
