I gad been dealing with migraines for close to 15 years with no luck with my previous doctor solving them.... Then I saw Dr.Roddie one time and he was able to take me seriously, send me through a few tests and solve my problem. Thank you Dr. Roddie!!

I can say withball sincerity that i love my experience with this medical clinic. All of the staff are very friendly and considerate. Most recently i forgot a requisition i need for an important exam and within 6 minutes the Dr Mojtahedi was told and faxed it to the correct office so that i was not turned away. They are very efficient and always greet me with warmth and are most helpful.

Dr.Arina Melnik is our doctor and we are grateful for her ongoing support to both my parents and our family of 3. She is very attentive to our concerns and is always available via phone or in person when urgency strikes. We happily followed her from her prior practice and recommend her to anyone in need.

Reception staff are very rude and do not care about the patients. The fact you need to diminish how I feel tell me you do not understand the words compassion or empathy. There are several complaints about the office staff and blaming the patient is not a good look for any company.

Dr. Thomas is an amazing doctor! She always takes ample amount of time and never makes me feel rushed or uncared for. She listens and is compassionate and will either send you to the specialist you need to go to, or she will call and consult one and handle it herself. She wants the best for your overall health and I have never had a bad experience with her or the staff at varsity medical. The nurses are wonderful and remember you when you come in, and the receptionists are kind and efficient. I would highly recommend this doctor and clinic.

I called the clinic in September to schedule a meet and greet with Dr. Prabhjot Bedi as she was taking new family practice patients and I was told she only had availability for November 18th.Her reviews are great and we were very excited that she was available, especially because we have a three month old baby and no family doctor to take him to during his first year.Now, 2 months later, only 48 hours before the appointment, I receive a call saying our appointment was cancelled because she is no longer taking new patients. How unprofessional is that? Couldn't they figure out how many patients she could take before making new appointments?It was so hard to find an available doctor, they made us wait for two months, now we have to restart our search and who knows how long it will take to find one.Thank you very much, Varsity Medical.

Nicely appointed complex with very caring and personable staff. I’ve had great interactions with reception, their nurse, and two of the doctors. They’ve always been generous with their time and I feel so grateful to have the Varsity Medical team looking out for me.

I myself work in the medical field as a MOA so I know just how hard these lovely staff members are working behind the scenes. So I understand how it can be difficult to get through to them at times, or if you do they put you on hold. But once they come back to the phone, they are kind, helpful and sympathetic. I am also so grateful I was referred to Dr. Roddie by another wonderful physician, Dr. Darragh, and this clinic. As a chronic pain patient I am very blessed to have this amazing doctor take such good care of me and my family. He is smart and very quick to sends me for tests when needed. He follows up even if things are normal, and most importantly, listens with compassion. To have this in a doctor and clinic is like finding gold! So a big thank you to all the staff and Dr. Roddie!

It's a bit hit or miss if I'm going to get a super pleasant, well mannered reception staff member that I laugh and joke with, or a cranky, short tempered, defensive Karen who may want to consider a career change.Edit: Appreciate the reply.
