i had a positive experience with Ryan today who very promptly provided knowledge and fixes for an email server DNS migration issue I was having. he clearly understood the issue and provided a working solution for me within the hour.for myself, its a huge relief to know that there are local experts available for technical issues like the one i had today.

Charged me $170 for a $21 fan that required very few man hours. Listed the price of the fan as $50. Poor communication and poor service.

David is a brilliant computer technician. My very old desktop, which would no longer load any programs, and when it did work was so slow, now purrs like a kitten.David communicates well, is thorough, and completely transparent about cost. I am so glad I chose his business.
