CSR told us to go for unlimited internet and we did go as he said. Came to know that after 25gb of high speed, internet speed was in bytes/second. What a shame? We are new comers and told them everything that we didn’t have wifi at our place and need internet. He recommended us the service and we agreed 170 for a couple. It’s not cheap money. On the 7th day I called them the issue and they said our slow speed is very slow. For god’s sake if I knew that I wouldn’t have taken your plan. And now they sent me invoices of 288 for using 10 days of service.Thank you roger for looting me. Any new comers never go with them. Better take prepaid plan than their postpaid.

They provide me with a strong customer service. I broke my phone while visiting Halifax and they gave me a replacement right away without taking any extra charge. It is located at the core of the Halifax downtown with lots of other amenities on the site.

I just arrived to Canada few days ago and decided to come here to get phone service and it is the best service I have had, their customer service is beyond. Their staff Nhung was so helpful! I would recommend this place to everyone and my friends!

Been in a 2 month failing process of retuning a 30 dollar cable. Nice employee but arrogant manager who’s never in the store and skewed the facts.I returned this item within 14 days of the purchase. However, I did not get the refund for the first time because the the digital receipt I requested was not sent successfully. I was told to come back again after they ask the manager.Then the receipt was found by their employees in their system and I was called in to get the refund. However, the 14 days return window had closed when I came. And I was told to check in from time to time when their manager is in this store.I Dropped by the store for FOUR WHOLE times all ended up finding the manager absent. The last time I came, I got to talk with the manager on the phone and she arrogantly CLAIM me and skew the fact that I first returned this item AFTER 14 days and did not show up in time.I feel sorry for Rogers having such a rude incompetent and unprofessional “manager” in such a important store in downtown Halifax!!
