I was fortunate to have had Stefania as my Pilates class instructor when I moved to Toronto. I now work with her privately at her beautiful spacious home studio. What a luxury to have access to such a high level of personal pilates experience only 50 minutes away by TTC from my home!

I can’t recommend Stefania highly enough! I have worked with her both in person and on-line for many years. Not only is she the loveliest person to get to see on a regular basis, but I continue to be amazed at the depth of her knowledge and her commitment to my progress. I’ve had several injuries over the years, and Stefania is always able to program around them in a safe and thoughtful way. I’m thrilled and proud of my strength and mobility while working with Stefania and my golf game has never been better!

From Mat to Reformer, Chair and Cadillac Stefania is by far the best I've worked with! She knows what each individual needs .She is Warm, Enthusiastic, Caring and she has outstanding teaching techniques with creative cueing which Sets her apart from other pilates instructors.Once you try her trial class you will notice a great difference!
