Look for Brenda in quick lane, she is a great person and knows what shes talking about. She does her best to help her customers and is always respectful. Great staff in quick lane getting the jobs done. I recommend everyone to set up appointments with Brenda.

Quick Lane
Ive attempted to use this quick lane service 3 different times and they are always booked up ahead of time. Once the Terrace Fords service department is booked up they start making appointments using the spots in the Quick Lane which isnt right. The Quick Lane is meant for drop ins not for scheduled appointments.

When I bought my car they toured me through the quick lane and I met Brenda. That was over 10 years ago and since then I have bought another new car after Brenda referred me to an excellent sales person. All my cars have been well serviced at quick lane thanks to Brenda. Love that she knows us and always looking after us. We are planning to purchase a new car soon so today Brenda introduced me to Sara I sales. Great to meet her and look forward to our future business together. Thanks for everything!!!!

The quality of service Brenda and her team give is great! recently did my all new brakes, new tires and an oil change. no issues found. car was clean and put back together properly the first time. excellent service.
