After hearing the positive reviews from family members, I decided to get a car insurance quote from Ariel and it was drastically cheaper than my previous car insurance. That same day, I cancelled my previous car insurance and insured my car with Allstate. It was a quick and easy process. A week after, I purchased another vehicle and Ariel was able to help me switch the vehicle insurance in a timely manner. I had dealt with Ariel when I first signed up with Allstate. Multiple phone calls, voice messages and emails later I have yet to receive a response. I've had the policy for 2 years and still had never heard back until I cancelled and went with CAA. Poor service, unresponsive. Once they get their commission, customer service goes out the window. I would recommend dealing with another agent or go with a different insurer all together.
