We had a really great experience here. A pleasant place to stay and it was really clean. The staff there is nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the Greater Sudbury Area and looking for a place to stay.

It’s a very basic roadside motel to stay overnight for an economical price. I stayed there twice on the way to my destination and back. The second time, the room had a stale smoke smell although it’s supposed to be non smoking. I left the door and window opened for awhile which helped to air it out. Otherwise it’s clean and the bed was comfortable. KB, the front desk clerk is very friendly. I would stay there again.

We stayed here a couple of nights for a snowmobiling trip. It was exactly what we needed. Room was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Would stay here again.

It’s a very nice and good roadside motel to stay over for an economic price. We had a really pleasant experience during our stay. Rooms are recently renovated and clean also the beds are clean and comfortable. The manager KB is very friendly and cooperative and house keeping staff is also very good. I would like stay there again. Would definitely recomend this place.

A nice and a pleasant place to stay over. We had a great experience staying there. All the rooms were newly renovated, nice, and clean. Manager KB was kind, understanding and helpful in accommodating our needs. Housekeeping staff was welcoming and friendly.I would definitely recommend this place to stay over if you’re around Greater Sudbury area.

We had 2 rooms for 2 nights for a snowmobile outing. The rooms were very clean and functional and management was very accommodating to our needs. A pleasant stay, I would recommend to anyone looking for basic and clean accommodations.

I was really happy with my stay here. The cleanliness was on point and it is nice little place in Lively. The owner and his family are really friendly and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an overnight stay in Lively or Sudbury or nearby areas.

Had a very late check in, with early check out and was accommodated with my pet. thank you!Room was mostly clean, however, my pet pulled someone else's dirty clothes out from under the couch .Couldn't get hot water to work & toilet ran for at least and hour after flushing.
