We experience their professional performance. Thanks to Paul's prompt arrangement for the installation of a Tankless water heater early next morning after we reported our old hot water tank was leaking the day before. Really appreciate to Paul and the staffs of Service Express.

These guys really know what they are doing and they are AMAZING!! I was trying to replace my mercury honeywell thermostat with a wifi thermostat and originally with google nest. I had 3 companies come in and couldn't find the problem. I called these guys and just over the phone they said Google nest is not compatible return it and buy an Ecobee. I trusted them said okay and asked them to come install it. The technician came and looked at the wires and he was like a wire isn't working and he installed my Ecobee thermostat and now everything is working. THESE GUYS ARE REALLY GOOD AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! 3 other major commercial companies couldn't even figure it out and this technician did in 10 mins! Call these guys for your HVAC needs before anyone else! I will recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

The HVAC in one of the condos we manage stopped working on the evening before Canada Day and Service Express kindly squeezed in the service before the long weekend. Everything was completed promptly and professionally from beginning to end. I've worked with Service Express for other units in the past ad they've always been (and continue to be) reliable. The technician Ken is very knowledgeable and explains how things work as he skillfully diagnoses potential problems of our condo heat pump. The cost for the service is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Service Express and Ken.

AC is discovered to be down on the day of closing, and nothing (HVAC, Furnace) was working. Fortunately Ken came over on Canada Day and helped us in discovering the root cause of the problem (an AC component),then quickly helped us to replace it and made sure everything is alright. Excellent service!

From start to finish, the service was very pleasant. The company was accommodating in scheduling a technician with reasonable 2-hour windows. They maintained communication with text updates, and though there was a rescheduling due to the technician taking longer on the prior job, which is understandable, the company dispatched another technician, Paul, and successfully resolved the issue. Their diagnostic is honest and charge a reasonable rate. From this experience I have no hesitation to recommend them. Case in point, an HVAC issue at another condo has just come up and I have no hesitation reaching out to them to service it.
