Worst fast food restaurant you can go to.We were 9 people, everyone placed their orders and started to customize. Even though the order was prepaid, they didn't hand-over the orders as they go. When asked that how would they know which order belong to who? Worker said that she is giving to the person who took the order and he knows.At the end they gave us all the orders mixed into two bags with no marking or any way to identify whose order is where. Now when we complained about this, the supervisor said: I don't know, it's her fault. She was clearly new and the senior member stood beside her, as it was her job and he didn't have to help or guide. When it was all messed up, he simply blamed her.No one took the responsibility for the mess up, neither anyone even apologized.

Stopped for lunch while travelling through. The woman taking our order was the best part of our experience….took a bit of time to get our order (and the orders ahead of ours) because the guy building burgers was too busy talking to the girl organizing napkins and ketchup beside him. Had to ask for napkins, straws and ketchup (same for the other two tables dining in). Hard to find a seat as almost every table was visibly NOT washed although we were the 2nd of 3 tables to eat during our time there. Garbage was overflowing with fries all over the floor in front. Our food wasn’t bad, fries cold. Woman who had taken our order had come out for her break….she immediately put her tray down and went to get a broom and cleaned the mess at the garbage as soon as she saw it. My son went up to counter to ask for a bag to pack up his food. The same girl was STILL just organizing ketchup and napkins and the woman on break had to radio her on her headset to tell her “the little boy is talking to you” before she acknowledged him. The final kicker however, was when I went to use the restroom before leaving, just to find not only the typical mess of toilet paper on the floor, but a HALF EATEN SANDWICH on top of the garbage lid for sanitary products inside the stall.I work in the industry, so I understand 100% how hard it has been the last few years to maintain staff and everything that comes with it. I also travel alot so I’m in and out of many restaurants….I have NEVER written a review before, but Harvey’s New Liskeard, you took the cake today!! Do better!And to the woman working front cash and was trying to take her lunch break…I hope you see this or hear of it and know that your efforts and hard work were noticed and appreciated today! Thank you!

cold and waited over half hour in drive thru... not impressed. staff was too busy giggling then to make the food quick and served hot. bun was so cold it felt frozen.

The guy is very slow and he doesn’t even know how to make a burger and also he was not listening to customers.

I can't speak on behalf of their other menu items, but the chicken wrap combo was the worst chicken wrap I have ever eaten. I was stale, had no seasoning and no flavor at all, and I ended up not finishing it. The only thing I enjoyed were the French Fries, but it's hard to mess those up.

Quick service with a smile. The food was cooked well and the portion size was adequate. I appreciate that the straws are no longer plastic. I ordered from the Swiss chalet menu. I am exceptionally grateful that the chicken, fries and standard fry gravy are gluten-free. Thank-you for offering a safe option for people with gluten sensitivities. I’ll be back!

Great food as always. Hot and fresh condiments napkins and utensils. Drive through time wasn’t great. Asked to wait at the speaker for 5 minutes then another 10 minutes after paying at the window. The dining had about a third of the capacity in it so they were moderately busy.

Only thing open is drive thru... Had trailer on... pulled in to parking lot... couldn't go threw drive thru.. no sign till you got to the door

The worst place for Dine-in, the girls were staring and were very rude with us. I cannot believe that i had a bad experience in the New liskeard Harvey’s. I never had a bad experience with Harvey’s and have been ordering from Harvey’s since i arrived in Canada. But i have to say the New liskeard Harvey experience was the worst, i seriously felt downgraded by the staff as a customer. I just can’t believe this, im never going to have an order placed on Harvey’s again.

Staff is rude unorganized and spraying cleaners right beside people that are eating and can see the over spray going on their food.
