Days Inn by Wyndham Red Deer

The beds and the pillows are not comfortable.The heater(chauffage) sound is very loud, I couldn’t sleep till I turned it off.The break fast is bad and there is no variety of options.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. After we checked out, we realized along the way that we had left my daughter's book and stuffed toy behind. We called and went back, and the staff was very helpful. They even allowed us to check the room again, but unfortunately, we couldn't find the stuffed toy, only the book.One of the staff members was extremely kind and replaced my daughter's stuffed toy with a new one because she was feeling sad. We truly appreciate their gesture. We left, but after some time, one of the staff members called us to inform us that they had found the toy. I want to express my gratitude to the front desk staff, the housekeeping supervisor and the kitchen staff for being helpful, courteous, and going above and beyond to locate our missing item."

An incredibly rude front desk agent checked us in. She did not even acknowledge our presence until I finally asked if I could please check in...We were sent to a room that I did not reserve..not once but twice, and after I came back down the 2nd time and told her that room was the not deluxe king suite I booked months prior to this trip, we were told there probably aren't any suites left. She then asked if the room she sent me up to twice was still clean??? (We walked in and out twice not touching a thing)She handed us another key on the 3rd floor which ended up being a suite thankfully, but disappointed it wasn't the one I expected to stay in for our 9 night stay.The plug in the tub leaks so taking a bath is a negative and the mini fridge froze everything inside.The email I received stated housekeeping services would be every 3rd day...day 3 we had to request toilet paper and garbage removal...day 7 we had we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper again.... zero cleaning has been done in our room. 2 more days to go and I don't expect a visit from housekeeping at this point...Will definitely not be recommending or returning to this establishment.

Good for booking last minute wasn't to crazy priced. However they didn't have much available room wise. And there pool opens later in the morning than I would like. there breakfast was pretty good lots of options.

We booked 4 nights for a hockey tournament. When we walked in the hotel, we were hit with my favorite smell, clean laundry. I even said out loud as we loaded into the elevator, this place smells amazing!! Our rooms were clean, shower was hot and great pressure. Beds a bit firmer than I prefer but lots of pillows to up the comfort level. Room temperature was easy to maintain and we didn’t hear a peep from any rooms. The next day, they were baking fresh cookies for customers. Another favorite smell!! Staff were very polite, allowed late check out and stocked us with lots of towels since our kids lived in the pool. Water slide was a hit and the pool was nice and warm. 10/10 recommend!

What an absolute gem of a hotel! We stayed in a family suite and it was so conveniently laid out. It had a separate room with a mini kitchenette with handy cupboards that included silverware, tea towels and cups/ plates. Those little touches were so incredibly helpful!Every time we left or came back to the hotel the front desk staff said, Hi" or

I stayed here for one night. This hotel was book for me for a short term project. There was nothing over the top, all the Days Inn hotels seem to be very consistent. The hotel is in a stip mall district so there were alot of shps with in easy walking distance. The room was what you would expect. The hot tub was down when I was there which was a little sad. But all in all it was a good say.

This hotel exceeded our expectations as a family. The kids loved the pool and waterslide. I appreciated the breakfast offerings (the staff running the breakfast are very hard workers too). Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Fantastic location. Would stay here again.
