ServiceMaster of Penticton

I had booked a time for ServiceMaster to clean our carpets right after we were supposed to have moved out of our house. Unfortunately, our movers had some truck issues so we were not able to move out at the time we had expected to. ServiceMaster did their best to try and accommodate us with another time of day, but as it turned out it was well into the evening before our movers even showed up. The person at ServiceMaster, I believe her name was Jocelyn, was great to deal with. We booked a time for the following Monday, the person who cleaned our carpets was punctual and very good to deal with. Because I wasn't going to hover over the cleaner, all I can say that from a short distance they looked very clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend! Recent irrigation break caused water to seep into crawl space. Phoned ServiceMaster (Penticton) and glad I did. Roxanne arrived, checked to determine the damage and quickly installed a dehumidifier and fan. She returned later to check on the progress and, happily, was able to remove the equipment. Really appreciated the prompt response and Roxanne sharing her knowledge of these situations.

Service Master Penticton did a wonderful job with regard to water damage in our house created by ice and snow on our flat roof. They arrived immediately and took care of drying the walls and carpets. They worked very fast with the insurance adjuster and sub-trades. We had ongoing communication, they explained all the work in details and within six weeks our house was back to being a home. I can recommend Service Master Penticton to anyone and would call them first if any trouble would occur on our house in the future. A company which keeps its words. carpet cleaning in the house was adequate, however I sent my wool area rugs to be cleaned which was totally inadequate, they were not clean, the fringes were stained and I don't think they actually did anything more than was done to the in house carpets. This business must have changed hands as I had excellent results previously.

The first company could be compared to a perfectly functional streetlight, doing nothing more or less than what a streetlight is designed to do. ServiceMaster is like the North Star, guiding you home. They consistently went far above and beyond the call of duty, exceeding all my expectations, every step of the way, and with every interaction. Jason Ragget and his colleague came today and did a amazing job. Our tenant left the room in a absolute disaster from pet stains to god knows what else . Service master came in and took control and made our house feel clean again. They went above and beyond to get any contaminated areas, and left us with the knowledge of tricks and tips to keep us living healthier. Thank you Jason and service master for a job well done

I had my carpet and hardwood floors cleaned and the difference was amazing. Showed up on time, worked very efficiently. Great attention to care and detail to ensure our floors were as clean and polished as possible. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
