Excellent is all I can say. Have been using these guys for years now. I trust these guys 100 percent no trying to up sell you on something you don't need. Just had them out to my son's home we are doing reno on. There was a few things on the list that had to be fixed We thought a toilet was buggered and they took new one with them turns out there was just some things in the bottom that needed to be removed and toilet works fine. They couldn't just put the new toilet on and said ya the old one was no good That is why I use Neudorf TRUST . So a big thanks to Rick, Ayrton and James for all the great service and fair pricing over the years

Was on time and got the job done in 5 min. The guy was new, told us it was his first time on his own, kind of awkward. He should have brought a pail to put the auger in afterwards or towel to clean the auger off after un clogging the toilet- my kid put too much toilet paper. He knew nothing about billing, just said they have your name...got the $145 bill emailed 10 days later. Fixed the problem, but wouldn't use them again. Will stick with Reive Plumbing or KB Plumbing.

Neudorf spent 10 mins working, charged for an hour. I asked if they were sure the water heater was fixed so quick, I was told absolutely. Broke down the very next day. Called to have it done right, charged another hour. I complained. In addition to double charging (why wouldn't they fail every job for a call back?), extra charges were added for using a truck (seriously?!) and there were 2 charge categories for using materials. I complained that sufficient time was not taken the first trip, so the second should not be charged. Nice enough technician, but company ignored attempts to settle the matter. Anywhere else is better!

We do not recommend Neudorf Plumbing. They are very disorganized and tried multiple times over the past year to charge us for jobs and items that were not completed or supplied by their company. We suggest keeping all records and receipts, while reviewing their invoices very closely. The owner told us that our invoice was an amount thrown at a dart board." Their plumber Neil was professional and friendly."
