Got ears pierced.. nice place

I recently just got my second and third lobe piercings done on my left ear. I have 6 other piercings done by professional piercers before, so I know the experience and the effects and outcome of a piercing. Each place I’ve been to every time I have been pierced with a needle but for Claire’s they use a gun. I decided to give it a try. Once the piercing was finished I realized both piercings where sideways and crooked which then eventually made my whole ear swollen and infected due to how close the holes where. I 100% do not recommend Claire’s for piercings for their accuracy of using the gun is ridiculous. Waste of time and a waste of money.

My complaint is that the management is very poor when it comes to not providing safety of others with a yellow wet caution floor sign when one lady who work there noticed my cart wheels were a bit wet so she came with the mop to wipe it up I kindly offered and moved it out of the store by the door and she remarked in case someone slips but if she had a yellow wet caution sign then there would be no need for such remarks like this if any customer tracked wet shoes or carts in the store telling people this will make them leave and not invite them!!!! So please get a one

My daughter had recently celebrated her birthday and wanted to go to Claire’s to spend some of the money she spent quite a bit of time in there picking out everything that she wanted and carefully planning how much she had when we got to the till the girl working the till as she ran through each individual I was like are you aware that this is $30 and are you aware that this is $16.50 and so on for every other item when we got to the end our total was $112 she then look at me and said are you aware that your bill is now 112 dollars and I said yes and she says an are you sure you’re OK with that I did not appreciate the assumption that we could not afford to shop at Claire’s in front of a very busy day highly unprofessional I will never go back
