Erica is simply amazing. A truly gift practitioner and highly attuned individual who is brilliant at her craft of body work. I've been to many people, in the last 20 years, to help me tune my being into a fuller expression of spirit and Erica is simply one of the best. After releasing episodes of trauma from my body, stored in my body from a fall that took place 20 years ago, I needed the final assistance to integrate all the work I've been doing to heal. After my session I feel fully embodied and free of pain.

Erica's Feldenkrais ATM classes have been transformational for me. Her clear instruction, deep knowledge of the body and encouragement of curiosity and playfulness has supported me to become more in tune, inquisitive and compassionate to where I'm at in my physical capacity and healing process. Her classes have helped me develop greater understanding of injury, more ease of movement and capacity for full breath. I also notice how this practice has aided my ability to move through challenges, maintain healthier relationships and stay present.
