I had a great experience dealing with these guys. They were able to source some currency from Nicaragua that wasn't one of their regular offerings for a trip I had coming up. Even though they could only get a smaller amount than I needed, they were very accommodating and professional and I would definitely go back for any future currency needs.

I used to go to the Custom House downtown for all my money exchanges but I arrived one day to find it closed. I went to my bank and they suggested three places. This place was by far the best. I needed pesos and they delivered. Fast and pleasant service. And best of all, no fee for small amount exchanged. Now that was an unexpected bonus!

Worst exchange in Victoria. Ordered 2-3 days in advance They claimed they would call me when it arrived. Told my GF to order hours later. Days later, She got her currency and when inquired about my order they claimed she ordered first and that mine would be delayed. Terrible service

FX Connectors helped me today to exchange South African Rands. Their rates were great as was their service. They charge no commission and are professional and super friendly. I will use them again without hesitation. Nice not to have to deal with an AI robot :)

I needed Mexican pesos for an upcoming trip and checked this place out at the recommendation of others. Spoke with Mike who was just as nice as can be, and not only was he able to get all of the money I needed the very next day, but the rate was significantly better than my bank's rate. This will be my go-to spot for similar needs going forward!
