The products were well packaged and arrived quickly. One of the items I bought wasn’t what I thought as I read the description incorrectly so I contacted customer service to get a refund. The response was quick and they advised the refund would be processed and they didn’t need the item returned. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service. I would definitely buy again from Oakville.
