Had wonderful service when I purchased a new set of skis. Very helpful and knowledgeable ensuring I got the right equipment for my skill level!

Bought a pair of skis there last year and just last week they literally cracked with no obvious cause. I was immediately told to come in to see what could be done. Mark got in touch with the manufacturer and it was covered under warranty. Out today on my new Ranger 99 TI and very thankful for Mark’s help. You guys have a great team and I will continue to refer you guys to friends and family. What was awesome was that I didn’t have to go back to the same ski and could just pay the difference to go to the new skis.

Love this store and their excellent customer service. Brought my skis in to be adjusted for new boots and it ended with needing a bit more work. The shop called me to okay the increased cost, which was totally fine! When I went to pick up my skis, the boss offered to stick to the lower price initially discussed. Exceptional!

This place is amazing, it’s that simple. Year after year I come here and year after year I get quality service, advice, and tips on skiing. I love how friendly, kind, and helpful the staff are here. Usually I dislike shopping for equipment, but I enjoy shopping here. Tysm to Sean, who helped me out today with my boots and helmet!

wow! amazing customer service from Kale! we traveled from Australia for an epic ski holiday and needed to purchase all our gear before we started. he was next level in his knowledge about all the equipment we needed. he guided us through the whole process especially with the ski boots. he customised all 3 of our boots during the process to ensure we were all 100% comfortable. just an amazing experience! we love Kale! - the Australian, the Colombian, and the Canadian :)

Shopped SC 5 times last winter. Great pricing on Spyder, Oakley and Black Diamond product. Staff is awesome especially Ashleigh and Nickole.

I cannot describe how amazing the ski cellar is, I cannot think of anything negative to say about the store!! I bought my first pair of junior skis from this store, and have never gone anywhere else. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and provides top tier service!! The staff are always friendly and create an amazing environment because they sincerely enjoy their job. Every staff member works incredibly hard to make sure you and your equipment are in great condition and you have everything you need and more for the season. I can not express how amazing the store is, I have grown and created so many at this place and hope other youth can as well. I've never been let down with the products or suggestions made by the staff. Any equipment that must be ordered is rapidly delivered and ready for pickup within record time. If your boots cause any discomfort with your feet, calves, or shins, the store accommodates any needs and makes amazing adjustments and adaptations to your boots which make your feet feel like you're walking in the most comfy slippers ever.A big shout out and thank you to Dan and Chriss for the hospitality over the years and always making sure my gear is the perfect fit!!! You guys have taught me so many things over the years, from how to step into my skis to how to tune and take care of my equipment. You guys have left a lasting impression on my life and have helped me keep my passion and love for skiing and the outdoors.

Rob helped me know where to take repairs on my snowboard coat. He also called around to help me find some pants last minute. I like that this is a family business as well. Great product and customer service.

This is a great store! Last season my ski had a malfunction and brought them in for warranty. They fix them up so I could finish the season and sent them away for me when I was done for the season. Got my new skis before the next season started. The staff is very knowledgeable and I can tell they really love the sport just as much as anyone else. They also have great deals on last year's selections. Would recommend this store to any one that loves skiing and want to meet fantastic people.

10/10 service. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and supportive on first time skier. Never spoke down to me and provided lots of helpful tips I hadn't known prior to entering the store. Sales associate Ashleigh was very friendly and walked me through the store for accessories, and provided excellent customer service. Needless to say I will come again.
