CIBC Branch with ATM

Friendly staff. And fast service. Outstanding customer service as always.It was a freezing day in the winter I had to open a bank account. Several CIBC bank branches refused to take me in saying they dont have open appointment slots. Even some other banks. But, staff in this branch went over their appointments and found a empty slot for the same day and helped me to open an account. Its very nice of them because, instead of saying that they dont have time, they actually cared for the customer who came to them. Its a sign of great customer service.

This has got to be the slowest bank I have ever gone into. I came in for a simple card expired/renewal with just one person in front of me, we stood there for 30minutes before someone finally said I'll be just a moment" and proceeds to do her makeup.. honest to God if you can find a different bank along kenmount road I suggest you go to those before this one! I could not believe my eyes

They are friendly yes, but it's a bank, not a night club. Species have evolved faster than you get teller service at that branch.

no one answers the phone or returns calls. glad i'm not a CIBC customer.

Very quick service if you need in bank help.

they works reallly (not) hard, friendly and efficiency, and can not wear their mask properly on a day that the entire mall have 15% off. and make sure you have plenty of time to waste.

We had awful experience with them yesterday. We had an appointment to open an account. So,we entered and sanitized our hands and went to let them know we are here that a colleague raised her hand in a way to stop us there and it was like more than 6 feet from the counter, she never said anything just asked us to wait there for a min and then we said we have an appointment and she said have a seat there until he is ready. It was so awkward the way she treated us. After we opened the account, the colleague guided us to the ATM to show us how to set a pin and deposit the money. I told him that we are good and he said you can find me in the room if you had any question, so we came back to ask him a question and a lady came shouting at us that your appointment is done, and you need to go out. I told her I need to ask a question, but she was still shouting that you need to stay in lane to ask any more questions! I noticed that she was the store manager. I couldn’t believe such a horrible customer service, as I have account in other banks and I never experienced such thing. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone else. I’m so sorry for CIBC bank for having such impolite, irrespective, and impatient branch manager.

Unfortunately i got to leave the mall to go to cibc now.. not a bad place but outta the way compared to its previous location. Should of just paid for a bigger location in the mall to keep up with traffic. I mean they got their own building now yes... Is it more convenient for it's customers?... No. You charge enough ppl enough to of been able to afford a larger space in the mall though. If you received to many ppl B4 in that small space. now get less then u ever did there

Staff are friendly but service is usually really slow.

Usually only 1 teller, sometimes 2. For such a busy bank service is always VERY slow. I stood in line today for 45 minutes with 3 people in front of me.
