Jim is amazing! He came the same day I called him for an emergency clean up. I had our carpets cleaned a month ago . Our dog had gotten sick and I needed a couple of traffic areas deodorized and cleaned again. I’m so thankful and appreciate the expert job Jim does ! He literally saved our carpet, we thought we would have to replace it.

Chem Dry of Rochester and the Finger Lakes did an amazing job for us. They cleaned the carpets in four bedrooms, cleaned all of the tile flooring and grout and cleaned the slate flooring we have as well. Everything came out cleaned and fresh! It smelled so clean when you walked through the door. They are coming back to do our wood floors as well. We can't wait to see how they turn out! Jim and Sam were great to work with. They were friendly, respectful of our home and so courteous. Jim thoroughly explained everything that would be done before they started working. I had my carpets cleaned by Chem-Dry of Rochester and the Finger Lakes. They are still the best company and I have been recommending them to all my real-estate clients for 40 years! My carpets are over 15 years old, and they look exceptional. No chemicals, totally green, non-allergic and very little water. Awesome owner and technicians! Great service, professional and super friendly!

Ollie did a fantastic job on the carpets! He arrived early and did a thorough job. You can't ask for anything else- he was respectful of keeping the rest of the house clean as he brought in equipment. There was a request by the company to reschedule our job that was inadvertently scheduled by the office when the company would be closed for the holiday. But it was rescheduled for 4 days later. I will use Chem - Dry again in the future if needed. Highly recommend them!
