We moved our business banking to meridian several years ago and after countless mistakes, lack of customer service, and overall incompetence, we have left this severely under managed institution to go with another.

Staff seem to need better training. They seemed to have to interest to aquire me as a customer and I am well off with a big business.I walked out with a promise for a call back that didnt happen. The individual I talked to said very little positive things about Meridian. Just very odd.....

Comparing credit unions and banks is no contest. Credit unions are not for profit and the culture reflect this customer first" orientation. Meridian makes more mistakes than I would expect

Helpful staff, not profit-driven. Customer-oriented. I love credit unions and have had good experiences with Meridian. I just wish they were open on Saturdays.

Beautiful branch and great staff. Some of the junior staff could be a bit more knowledgeable, but their friendly attitude and comfortable setting make for a positive experience.
