LCBO

Used to be a Good store, (lived in the area for over 30 years)but the manager Helen is very rude, manipulative and overall incompetent. I returned a bottle of whisky that was in my fridge and simply because it had condensation she refused the return . Very unprofessional, LCBO is to return products as long as not opened . Not simple because it has moisture on the bottle she then proceeded to attempt to remove the label from the bottle to prove her point .. very very not good customer service.

Roughly 10 of the 18 of the available shelves hold wine.Even during busy traffic times this location is easy to access and quiet. Beer selection is great there are new additions of non refrigerated beer and cider tucked away. The Ontario craft beer is always well stocked though the mainstream brands are predominantly refrigerated, I can find 95% of the products i regularly purchase at other locations here at this relatively small yet conveniently located LCBO at Steeles Ave and Lauraleaf... with a bank and gas station, second cup, Shoppers Drug Mart and pizza nearby this place is a top choice.The selection is impressive & offers decent variety. Lauraleaf LCBO have a smaller selection of of spirits and fortified wines in comparison whisky, vodka, gin, tequila, rum, liqueurs, sake, soju, with low end being $25-$30 for 750ml and $100-$300 for high end. Great selection of wine, spirits and beers from all over the world. Only negative point is the lack of cashiers, quite often only one cash out probably 8 is open.

Very helpful, help we to locate a particular wine on the shelf. When it is sold out, goes to their system to find out the nearest outlet that has stock.Also shows me the direction;saved me a lot of time. LCBO staffs are really helpful.Thank you.

Good selection of bubbly, considering it was new years eve. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Smaller store with limited selection, but good customer service. I get a lot of online and vintages orders delivered here, and they're always quick to let me know when the order has arrived. I can't say that about every location!This store is great for picking up the staples and every-day products. You may want to look elsewhere for special occasion or premium products.

Medium sized location, staff seems to be exhausted and not very friendly, but overall an okay experience. Good selection of drinks. Plenty of parking on this small plaza.
