Owner of this establishment came across as incredibly rude and condescending. I would not recommend.EDIT for clarification: My boyfriend was a patient and he explicitly asked me to attend his appointment with him. I was paying for his appointment. I spoke to Dr. Ali on the phone and I stand by my review 100%. Still acting condescending.

Ali is literally the best in the business. He cares for my entire families feet. I had extremely sore feet from heel spurs and not wearing proper foot wear Ali got me then correct support and treatment. My feet are 100x better. Ali knows his stuff and is kind , funny generous and an amazing person. Thanks from the Leslie family!!

Our initial visit got off to a little bit of a rough start but then the owner called and offered us to come in and rectify the situation he was assessed right away the staff was friendly my son followed the exercises as directed and we purchased the necessary orthotic equipment and my son is doing just fine feels great after one month

Dr. Ali and his staff are professional and polite. The office is very clean and patient care is top notch! If you have any foot concerns, I would highly recommend Dr. Ali.

I went into the Pickering Foot Clinic today out of desperation from living with severe pain from what I thought was just a corn. My gait was impacted from it and I can barely walk anymore. Dr. Bandali was incredibly thorough and detailed in his exam, and was able to determine there was an awful lot more going on with my feet and legs. He took care of the corn, and gave me great advice on how to proceed moving forward. I was so pleased and will absolutely return for all my future foot care. Extremely professional, personable, and a very clean environment.

I am extremely unhappy with the poor customer care of Ali as a returning customer. When we first bought orthotics for our son the experience was fine but once they were purchased and used we realized the quality of orthotics was poor. The arch support collapsed; fortunately, the city of Toronto was under lockdown due to COVID so our son did not need them given that he was in virtual school. But, when things opened back up and we contacted Ali (since he too was under imposed lockdown) to point out the quality concern, he did not even want to see the picture of the collapsed arch in the orthotic. His solution was to buy another pair which obviously would benefit him!! His reason? We missed the deadline date for the warranty; in essence, him being shut down wasn’t even going to be factored in.His lack of care and concern in addressing our quality concern was not acceptable nor professional as a healthcare provider. He even rudely mistook us for someone else over the phone that he dealt with stating that he gave us a discount because we asked, which was not true since the orthotics were paid for by insurance so we didn't care about his price.His lack of care and concern for his patients seems to be continually demonstrated since our current provider in the area also stated that they have gotten past patients of his that have also complained about his service and quality of orthotics. I do not recommend this clinic at all if you are looking for a provider that genuinely cares about their patients and expresses legitimate concern about the quality of products they sell. Invest your money elsewhere, insurance paid or not.

Dr. Stephanie Miscampbell is such a gem. She knows what she is doing, very attentive & patiently addresses the issue. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I highly recommend Pickering foot clinic! The doctor and owner Ali is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. Going in I had very little knowledge of why my feet were causing back pain and Ali thoroughly explained to me why I was experiencing this pain and how it would be treated. He ordered me a pair of custom orthotic's to slip into my shoes, since wearing them I haven't felt any pain and was able to start running again.

Dr. Stephanie Miscampbell is an amazing foot doctor! My feet have never looked or felt so good. She always takes her time with your feet and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. I definitely recommend Dr. Stephanie to all my friends and family!
