I have had great customer service at the women's sport chek in chinook. Most staff are very friendly and eager to help but Madeline is exceptional and made a very outstanding impression on my visit. You can tell when staff are just half-trying when you ask for a size or availability but Madeline goes above and beyond to help you. I had asked another staff to help me locate a size previously and by only just checking the online inventory, they just informed me it was probably a ghost stock which is usually the case. However, when I was approached by Madeline for help - she was able to locate the item in the store. 10/10 recommend shopping here!

Cashier simran was so rude. I always go there had an amazing service but this time I was so disappointed. They should be polite with customer as we are polite with them always.

Best service I have ever received in the department store by a nice young lady who was pregnant and was so kind and helpful.Not only did she find the snow-ants that I needed but she ordered them online for me when the size I needed wasn't in store.I think her name was jean or June but she was definitely prego.

Robson is an excellent bike mechanic. Went through the whole bike, checked everything and explained very nicely how to fix and do stuff. Very happy with this bike shop, highly recommending and will be back again!!!

I've been into this location a couple of times now and have consistently received outstanding service. The staff and managers were super helpful to help me find what I need and resolve issues, all with a great attitude. Will be back.

Just wanted to write a brief thanks to one of the associates in the clothing department, Valeria. Walked-in searching for a decent gift and Valeria approached me and asked me some qualifying questions that I thought was very helpful! Long story short, she provided me with an amazing customer service and not to mention, got me buying merchandises that I didn’t even know nor plan on purchasing! Kudos to the whole team!

Paige in footware was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and super knowledgeable I was worried about the arch of my foot and she was able to identify and let me know the best shoe for myself!So great, she did have friends in the store and she did focus her attention to us and her friends were respectful enough to let her! I definitely recommend meeting paige at this store! What a sweet soul!
