Derrick was a true pleasure for my wife and I to do business with!Everyone has their stories with realtor experiences, but he truly, TRULY went above and beyond for us.He was there for us all through the holidays as we settled on a final price. Derrick is never tired to show homes and push you to finalize a deal. He is a very dedicated real estate agent, and before finalizing any deal he will point out every pros and cons of a property. He is a good negotiator with purchase price too.He properly does the analysis of market trend, and always think about his clients benefits even his clients want to take a rush decision. Derek was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure I found the house I really wanted. We viewed quite a few houses, but nothing really caught my eye. In the end he drove in a snow storm to meet my parents, so that they can view my eventual home.
