Purchased a vehicle online and was assured vehicle was as described. The vehicle was said to be fully reconditioned by as per the salesman. Vehicle was shipped with windows down in minus temperatures by the transporter they used. When the vehicle arrived it was obvious that this car had been in an accident and multiple issues with the car existed. When trying to contact the General manager about the issues he refused to address the issues and used his sales person to talk to me. I was told they would not take the car back and it was not their problem. The vehicle had damaged wheels and the front bumper was clearly replaced and not fitting the car as a factory car should. The lack of resolution and interest to assist with the issues after the car was stated immaculate upon arrival was pushed by the way side. I was told that the GM would not speak with me and I was told he would not do anything. The car was almost 36k inc tax and 3 years old. I was told that it was not their fault And to seek repairs from the transporter. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROMTHIS BUSUINESS. THEY ARE NOT CREDIBLE AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN RESOLVING ISSUES. BUYER BEWARE! Now I have to use a legal representative to have my needs corrected. This is not acceptable and shows lack of professionalIsm.

Sold us a used vehicle that had thousands of dollars of repairs less than 4000kms later. We were told by two separate mechanics that our vehicle was not safetied correctly - definitely wouldn’t trust them to safety or certify a vehicle as their 3rd party garage is clearly unreliable.

Vehicule non conforme au norme de la saaq pour une niaiserie a 1000$ , je me suis fait arreter par la police dans la semaine ou jai prie possesion du vehicule . Ils ne veulent rien savoir de reparer le probleme en question sous pretext que jen ai ete informer mais ce nest pas le cas

A complete waste of time. Made an appointment and it was confirmed 1 hour before viewing. When I showed up the car wasn’t even available!! Apparently it was rented out! Don’t bother with these people. They have no regard for your time and efforts!!

Worst experience in my life... If you want to get ripped off then this is the place to go to... The boss threatened me multiple times not caring that I have a family and so fourth. He forced me to sign papers to an agreement we haven't agreed on... I hope they go to the ground after what they did to us. Now 28,000 dollars later within 1 week the truck broke and didn't want to do anything for us. They are the worst company I have ever been to in selling cars.Beware of the boss.. he will threaten you in everyway possible to get what he needs....
