H.R. Mental Wellness Centre
I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for many years and have been to psychiatrists, psychologists, and counsellors. The mental wellness program enabled me to heal from depression and anxiety. Their program integrates modern western therapy with eastern philosophies. This was an added benefit, helping me grow and improve myself.
