Big Grill Shawarma and Kebobs
Small but clean no frills location. Chicken Shawarma was juicy and plentiful. Garlic sauce was tasty but not over powering. Vegetables were crisp and crunchy. Wrap could have been grilled more to make it crisper but good overall.

This place is a hidden gem! Their shawarma biryani is a MUST try. I’m not a fan of shawarma or desi food but I love going here every now and then!

Not the best shawarma but does the trick,Just heads up:I ordered pita shawarma and they messed up my order, that’s fine but when i went back and said this is not what i asked for, they said “you have to pay again because we made it already”The worst answer customer can get when ordering food, will never go back to this place that doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Who know what else wrong with this place if this their customer service

I asked for extra chicken, paid for the extra, and the crew working barely added any. I usually come a couple times a week, Saturday I come in almost every week, It used to be fine and got what I asked for. Now a days I come, the Saturday crew does not make my food correctly, barely add chicken, sometimes messes up my toppings.

We ordered a pickup 3 chicken wraps and 1beef. The guy , called himself John rushed us while we gave the order. We specifically asked for Side order of fried with 2 wraps and the other 2 to be spicy. Nothing was spicy, no side order of fries but there was 2 pieces of fries in the wraps. When we called to complain it was the so called ‘John ’ guy. He was extremely rude that we had to hung up the phone.We are regular customers since 2016 to Big grill and we have never experienced such bad service. We hope the management does something to improve this. Our order was pick up around 4pm on April 16, 2023***In response to your msg, the person serving on the phone did not take the correctly. We did give the proper order.

Would not recommend coming here I ordered the shawarma poutine and asked for the garlic sauce on the side and I assumed the stuff would be on the side when I got home since the bag is not transparent. I get home and there’s nothing no sauce on the side or anything fries and chicken. I heard good things about this place so I drive 20 minutes to get there and 20 minutes back. When I came back to ask for a remake since my food is now cold they told me I should have come back earlier but it takes 40 minutes total? I ordered at 12 came back at 1:30? They were reluctant to remake my food and the person I was talking too was very rude trying his hardest to make up excuses to seem like I was in the wrong. All I wanted was garlic sauce on the side of my poutine as opposed to on top of it plus I didn’t even eat any of it before and still were trying to say I was wrong.Will not be coming back

This is one of my favourite local restaurants. The food is delicious, the service is great, and you won't regret coming here. I eat here with my friend a lot, and we're both amazed by how quickly the food is served and the overall quality of our meals. My personal recommendation is the lunch plate. Chicken on brown rice served with garlic sauce and fries makes this an amazing meal at a great restaurant, and I hope that you check it out.

You know it’s going to be good when they use the authentic brown rice. Portion was great, lacked a bit of chicken as there was more rice but overall it was very delicious

Big Grill Shawarma and Kebobs
I usually order the chicken dinner plate, the rice and salad are both very fresh and on point, chicken is just right- not too drying, and sauce is not too heavy like some other sharwama places- just enough taste of garlic. And I love that they offer the lunch size of chicken plate as well, so on my light days I order the lunch size, which is also a good portion. Staff very friendly and price is good value.
