I went in after experiencing some back pain and worked with Karim; he was very supportive and attentive to my concerns.He not only gave a me a personalized treatment plan but also educated me on why I was experiencing pain, helping me really understand what was going on with my body. After just a week of the treatment plan my back improved so much and since then it's only gotten better! I'll definitely be going back for physio in the future.

Amy restored my faith In Physiotherapy. I never thought I would ever recover from a wrist condition. But Amy has been a absolutely amazing in helping me to heal. Patient, professional, kind , friendly and considerate; I have nothing but accolades for her. Her demeanor is so humble and gentle and she diligently pinpoints your weaknesses and recommends the right exercises. Full marks for her ! I had the opportunity to work with my physiotherapist Mandy as well as the massage therapists and I’m very happy I did! I’m very new to “taking care of my body” so thy health professionals, so it was a bit daunting, but the team at Trifecta rehab, really made it comfortable.The facility is clean, modern, and allows for REAL rehab. None of the “throw a machine and hot pack” on me type of therapy. The front staff are kind and very helpful with my bookings. And the therapy team is very down to earth, professional, and really take their time to get to know your body and your health goals. Karim has been my physiotherapist for over a year now and I have countless great things I could say about him. My favourite thing is that he takes the time to educate you so you really have a deep understanding of your issue and the treatment plan.
