Carson & James showed up as scheduled for 8am May 5th and quickly started unloading various items. Inspection and great interaction as I had several concerns, due to a very difficult install...replacing a 47 year old York furnace, with a high efficiency Tempstar and a new AC Keepright unit.Due to the tight location next to a supporting wall and an offset old furnace centered in my Townhouse (not an end unit), I had to rip out a wall/bulkhead; but was thankful Spurr was able to re-use my old AC copper lines, which saved me from MAJOR additional wall tear downs! They where also able to adapt to the old Air Inlet and Outlet ducting perfectly and with a high capacity 5 x 25" x 16" Merv 11 Air filter system. Humidifier and pump system installed as well.One down side with modern high efficiency furnaces

I live in Grimsby. I’ve used this company before to clean my furnace and once to repair my AC.I hadn’t changed my furnace filter for way too long, so I knew the furnace probably needed cleaning. I emailed Spurr and they called me back same day and booked me an appointment that week. The price was fair. They guy was on time. He was in and out within an hour or so. He gave me a verbal report on all the motors fans and the general condition of my furnace.I’m happy to have it cleaned. Would recommend.

Fantastic customer service and a very professional job!! The best in town hands down. We use them for everything. HVAC, BBQ gas line, water heater, pool heater, you name it they do it…and I always recommend them to family and friends.

Happy to have finally found my new go-to HVAC company. Nathan is great! The service was great, friendly, fair, knowledgeable. After trying a couple companies that tried to sell me a new system (when all I needed was a basic repair) I am happy to have found one I trust. Highly recommend.

The service was great!!! The sales team Mike and the technicians Mike were very professional and knowledgeable. No pressure and not pushy, explained everything in detail Price was far better than others I’ve checked, including better warranty coverage, unit is efficient and great brand, In this heat wave and timing for having to get another I was fit in very quickly. It was installed efficiently, professionally and neatly done, ok’d one removed.thank youHighly recommend great job guys!!!

Just had a new heat pump and furnace installed. Very pleased with the communication, professionalism and efficiency in which it was done. The salesman and the installers were all great. Highly recommend Spurr as our neighbours have used them as well!!

We used Spurr to take a look at our AC that had been struggling to keep our house cool. They were responsive, professional, and reasonably priced, and very thorough in their work and explanations. Our issue was resolved the same day. We will definitely use them in the future for any HVAC concerns we have!
