Dan came recommended by my bank for removal of someone off the title of my house. I was incredibly pleased not only at his prompt communication, but the direct communication. It was great to deal with a lawyer directly and not someone in between. Dan was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is organized and he completes everything in a timely manner. He was also transparent about extra costs and how to avoid them. 100% recommend and I will 100% use his services again.
