We sold our home and bought our dream acreage through Nadine and she was absolutely top notch through the entire process. Nadine went above and beyond, ultimately finding us a property that we had looked at and loved but thought we missed out on. She was professional, thorough and frank in her assessment of the properties merits, challenges and value. The inspector and other services she recommended were equally professional. When it came to listing our house she was through in her assessment of the market and provided prompt honest feedback following every showing and I felt our listing got very personalized, tailored attention. A great experience, 100% would recommend.

I sold a house through Nadine Marchand. I am not living in the house and she did not once keep me updated on showings, feedback, or activity around the house. I was strong armed into relisting at which point an offer came through that same day. I was not wanting to agree to this offer but was strong armed into taking it with the threat of me having to pay her listing fee if I didn’t agree to it. The first time I heard from her was at listing then not again until there was an offer. I received this offer at 9pm on a Thursday and was expected to sign it by 5pm on the Friday. I asked for an extension until after the weekend so I could go over it with my lawyer. I received backlash for that request.

My Previous realtor moved to this Provider ,so she is very kind and understanding and well educated in the business of selling homes bett portalance so if your looking to purchase a home or sell look no further im disabled and have moblity issues and she went out of her way to make the purchase process very easy.
