Horrible scammy business. Our wifi just stopped working one day. Fizz has no phone number so we had to chat with agents. The first one said he would send a technician over and then ghosted our messages. They then tried to charge us for the faulty router they provided us. We went 2 weeks without wifi and had to miss works because Fizz doesn’t give two darns about their customers. Terrible provider. Stay away.** Update for Fizz response: I spoke with several agents and asked one if I could escalate the situation and speak with a supervisor, I was told this is impossible. Your customer service doesn't work, sharing that link with me and acting like it is a solution to the complaint I left above is ridiculous.

Technician showed up during the wrong time slot, had to leave work early to pick up the modem to make sure it doesn’t get stolen.I have been trying to contact support through all of their available channels and it is impossible, no one answers, no feedback about expected response time, no indication at all that a real human will ever actually connect.This is absolutely the worst new customer experience I have ever had.I am now trying to cancel my service and Canada Post cannot even take the modem back…I’m sure I will receive a generic response saying how they are constantly bettering themselves and that I can reach out on chat 24/7 even when I’m clearly stating that my issue is that I can’t reach anyone

Worst ever company, No customer service at all. Got error while port in my number. 3 weeks passed, I still can't receive phone calls. Refuse to communicate, when ever ask, only send me a notification through ticket saying working on it

worst customer service. Multiple issues with their modem and then they want to charge you for replacement and technician visit. And they don't even pretend to provide the quality of service and reliability. I lost several days of work already because of Fizz. Should I ask them to compensate as they ask for faulty modem replacement?Never ever again to deal with Fizz.

They sent me a defective phone that i bought through their website (keeps shutting down by itself) so i sent it back on the 17th of June, on the 21st they offered me 2 options for replacement which i did choose one, then on the 22nd i received confirmation email saying the replacement phone was shipped to me.. however i never received the new phone and the tracking info never got updated! i contacted their support on the 28th and they said that there is an error so they created a ticket for investigation!i contacted them again on July 3rd and they said that the technical team is still processing my ticket..today is the 6th of July and i still don't have news from them nor the phone!i have been without a phone since the 17th of June (which i need for work and paid for) just for a simple replacement of a defective phone covered by their warranty which i initially received an email confirming that the phone was shipped to me!stay away from this company.. very disorganized, bad communication, extremely difficult to reach them as they have no phone number and you will wait long time on the chat before you reach an agent, which btw cant help you with your issue as they always say there's nothing they can do and their team will look into it but you just never hear back from them.they simply don't care about their customers and if you do have a problem with their service it takes forever to resolve the issue.. its been a very unpleasant and frustrating experience buying a phone from fizz, i should have bought the phone elsewhere.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I lost wifi for several months while being billed monthly for no service. After many emails, chats, calls lasting HOURS they were not able to provide a technician to come fix a problem. I cancelled and got internet within days with another provider.Waste of money and time. Avoid at all costs.

We were supposed to get one month of free service when we activated our sim cards online.We noticed we got charged when the second month was supposed to be free.We contacted them and they had to open a ticket.... now two weeks pass and we didn't get a call back or any follow up email so we contacted them again via their chat service and the agent tells us that not only was the discount expired but it had to be activated on our online account and they are saying there is nothing that they can do ... now why didnt the first agent tell us we had to activate it?Anyways I am cancelling my service after my month ends, I would not recommend Fizz to anyone, they do not have a proper customer service nor have agents with proper knowledge of their products.

Cheap not in a good way, well aware this is 100% online but when there's a problem don't expect immediate resolution. Chats have 40 people in-line on average when you finally get to speak to a person you realize you should have stayed with the Rob Bot" at least it's s polite. Their agents main task is to assign blame to anyone who dares question their attitude. Without internet for a week and counting. Be warned"

Cheap internet provided by a completely disorganized company. Price isn't worth the hurdles you have to jump through. Tech showed up on wrong day without notice. Oh, and their web page to cancel a plan is currently down, so you have to wait for it to be fixed as support is not able to cancel your plan either.

Terrible first experience with this provider. I am opting out from Fizz right from the start. I was promised a specific price for a plan. I was willing to leave my current provider from a known brand, and once I got the sim card delivered, I registered and the price was way higher than what was previously accepted. It took numerous hours to get a hold of someone via chat, no way to talk to someone, and they refused to resolve the issue. I spent money for nothing as they can't even honor their prices. I had a feeling that their service would be bad given the cheap prices, but I rather pay more and make sure I have a real service provided and being taken care of. Too cheap in every way.
