I always like my experiences with Save-On-Foods in every locatikns I have been to in Canada. However, today when I went into this outlet at Brighton, YXE, it is probably the worst I've ever experienced. Especially this staff named MD who is a Store Customer Service Associate. Rude is the way to describe it. I feedback to him that he was rude with the way he asked me to make space for him to work on the self-check-out that I was using, and he could use a more courteous way and use the please" word. Yet he refuted he was not rude. Seriously

I used Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy my whole life until last year when I made the switch to Save On. And oh my goodness I am incredibly grateful that I did. Lavern (pharmacy manager) and the staff go above and beyond to know each patient & the prescription needs. They take the time to explain any and all new medication and always answer the phone, so if you have questions you will always have the ability to speak to a pharmacist during business hours. Thank you so much to my pharmacy team at Save On Foods in Brighton for treating me as a human, and a patient rather than a script that needs to be filled quickly.

I find it great. Very friendly store. Decent choice, overall prices are decent. Also, always have at least one live cashier open.

I love this store, easy to navigate and we'll laid out. The staff are great too. I've also used the order system and it's great.

The pharmacy at Save on Foods in Brighton is the absolute BEST. They are always friendly, accommodating, fast, and provide education on medications. I will continue to use them for our family of 6. Thank you for being awesome!

Love this location. The employees all are amazing. I was looking at the bakery and an employee asked if I would like something. I explained that my son is allergic to peanuts and all tree nuts and that I was looking forward when him and his dad go to the lake for a weekend once a year with the uncles, I get one thing with nuts while they are gone..... she replied ' let me know when they are going and I will make anything you want '.. it really is a great location, staff always friendly and go out of their way! Highly recommend!!

Lots of parking, store is nicely laid out, they always have a seasonal area right when you walk in. Prices are affordable for the most part. Clean and stocked. Nice staff, my young daughter loves going through Anna's till, she is so nice and friendly that it makes my daughter feel special. They also have a little sticker book for kids to earn a reward. It's sometimes hard to find a staff member to help you but overall I recommend.
