Banana Republic Factory Store

I visited Banana republic halton hills store today afternoon for a leather jacket which I was told a few days ago that it would be on a sale. To my utter surprise I found that none of the store guys including the manager were interested to even listen to what I was looking for and were reluctant to even share the details of the model no of the jacket to be ordered from some other store (just fyi there was one on the mannequin the details for which could have been easily extracted). This kind of behaviour wasn’t expected specially when I specifically came for an article n asked for help. They simply had one thing to say that the article is not in stock n we cannot check anything beyond even when they had it on the mannequin. Never came across such disinterested staff being a regular customer to the store.

We had a great experience at this place. All tha staff were friendly especially Susan who helped us mix and match styles. She is an instant stylist. She was very helpful and friendly.

The service is so rude, we are trying to get help and the cashier with the blonde hair just giving us attitude. If your having a bad day, dont take it out on the customer. Heartland location has better service

Very bad experience here. The two ladies at the cashier desk were very rude, and go out of their way to embarrass their customers rather than handle things in a professional manner. The one thing customer service reps. should do is ensure they are kind, because giving people a good experience is honestly the one way they can go above and beyond. If you don't want to do that, stay in the back or get a stay at home job.

Great selection. Great quality clothing. Great prices. The sales associates made suggestions for me when I mentioned I needed a jacket to wear with a dress. The manager was also a pleasure to deal with.

We went to get some more clothing for our trips. My husband tried one of their pants and it just wasn’t the right fit. We were prepared to leave the store without any success. Shaun (I’m sorry if I butchered the spelling of your name) happened to walk past the fitting room and saw how the pants that my husband had on was not the right fit. He grabbed an extra two pair of pants and explained to us the differences of all of them. To our surprise, they both fit much better! It has been a long time since anyone in retail has gone above and beyond. Should he had not helped us in the fitting room, we would have left not purchasing anything but we ended up purchasing two pair of pants.This is the what customer service is like. Thank you, Shaun. We’ll be sure to come back.

The deals are AMAZING at this store. It's a real outlet store whereas the other stores at the Toronto Outlet Mall are pricey

Worst customer service ever. Especially the manager was rude and I empathetic. Don’t buy as they will never accommodate you for return. Waste of my one hour drive to this outlet.

Samara from Halton Hills Banana Republic Factory Store went above and beyond and provided me with exceptional customer service. I had tried on an item at Cookstown Outlet store and they didn't have my size. Samara helped me to locate the size I needed . She also went out of her way to help me have it shipped to my home. I would highly recommend shopping at this store and if you visit, ask for Samara. She's honestly the best!Thanks again for your amazing customer service. I love my shacket!
