I would give this place more than 5 stars if possible. Dr. Dan is very good at finding out what's wrong with my dog whenever my dog is in need.

Dr. Dan and his staff are great! The attention to detail is amazing as well as the customer service. The little things matter.

I have been going to this clinic for around 2 years now with my two young pets. With every visit, we are welcomed warmly, provided excellent care, and leaving feeling relieved as we know our pets have been taken care of with compassion, detail, and love. Both of my pets go to this clinic for several reasons whether that be annual vaccinations, grooming, or treatment of unexpected occurrences such as infections. We have only had good experiences here and I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to attend this clinic as Dr. Im and his staff are exceptional.

My dog had surgery but finished without removing cancer. My dog cried with pain as soon as wake up. So I have to decide MAID to release from pains and died. He did surgery without confidence that he could succeed in surgery. If my dog had not such a poor skilled surgery she could live a few months longer or year.I am going to discuss with lawyer if his prctice was done rightly.

I want to give a review for Blue Mountain Park Hospital. Dr Dan and his staff are truly caring pet people. Our Yorkshire terrier , Shadow developed Patella Luxation a common issue w small dogs which required surgery. Blue Mtn was excellent w pre and after care for our pet. They were truly vested in knowing how Shadow" was recovering. It has now been about 6+ mths and Shadow is getting better by the day. Thanks for all the help and truly the caring spirit. We finally have found a vet where we feel we are not being ripped off or being sold what truly is not needed! Highly recommend in Coquitlam tried cities area."

June 23: My Skip just passed last week. I have to question this vet in never suspecting metastatic lung cancer! Since January I’ve spent over $5,000 on visits & meds treating all his symptoms (of which I just found out, after I googled because of his passing)!Every year I had Skip’s blood work taken so I could keep ahead of anything. His pancreas numbers were up, and I always asked why he coughed so much, always was brushed off the question. Just before leaving on vacation, the vet suggested I have an ultrasound taken to which I asked a copy of the results sent to me. He was confirmed anemic, allergies & pancreatitis and given meds again, consistently prescribed every visit with antibiotics! My pet sitter had to take him to emergency and with an X-ray he was diagnosed with lung cancer. I have to question either his competence (or lack) or milking me?I DO NOT recommend this hospital.

Only if I could give more than 5 stars!My first visit to them was for my cat who I am planning to bring to Korea, and I was a bit overwhelmed with a lot of paperwork I had to go through.Long story short, everything went fine, and I wouldn't have made it without their help.Heeyeong had a great sense of service, she was always so calm, yet on point and clearly knew what she was doing.As well, Dr Dan always came out to see me in person to give an explanation of what was going on.Every step of the way, they paid special attention to my case, giving me very clear instructions on what to do and prepare for before my flight. They've always done their best to help me out and make sure everything is going smoothly.I will definitely be going back for my cat's annual checkups, and definitely recommend them to anyone around me asking for a good recommendation for vets.Thanks, Blue mountain team! :)

Absolutely Horrible. We brought our dog in because she was running a high fever and had an eye infection. They kept her for 3 hours for IV. When we picked up our baby she was still running a fever. We had to take her back and we're told there is nothing further they can do for the infection. The Vet says she was hit because of the hot weather and because we don't have air condition in our home. They also scratched her neck when they drew blood and asked us to take the. Ollie off so it's less irritating. The Dr only prescribed eye drops and no antibiotics!! We ended up rushing her to another after hours care where she was on iv antibiotics for 8 hours and was also prescribed oral antibiotics. The Dr. Had no compassion for his patients. He did not perform an eye test to make sure there wasn't anything else going on. We could clearly see our pet's eyes were bloodshot and had thick discharge oozing out!!! The Sr was very rude abrupt. Very poor communication skills I would like to say he has no communication skills or compassion. I would give him ZERO starts if I could!!

I love this vet clinic, they're always warm, welcome, and patient. My dog absolutely adores the vet, and is always excited to be there, because he takes the time to make sure she's comfortable and happy, and then gives her treats. The office assistant is also very sweet and helpful.They're not pushy. Their recommendations are appropriate, I never feel like they're recommending stuff just to sell me things. They always give me options and prices, and let me make a decision about how I want to proceed.

The doctor is very patient and he does his best to help the clients despite busy hours :)
