Flat pop and no one to fix it .Was told only the manager could fix it .Dirty tables with only one other table occupied and 4 people at the counter. Food was good as usual but disappointed with the rest .

Chicken strips are usually a good choice. Did not disappoint. Only drawback is normally having to wait for them.

How is it efficient to always get people to park around the corner in front of the restaurant to wait for your meal? What’s the sense of a drive thru if you don’t deliver your food through the drive thru window. This is the slowest most annoying inefficient A&W on the planet. I’ve spent my last dollar here.I was the only vehicle in the drive thru, yet still I have to go pull around to the front to wait for my food.Mind boggling how you think this is efficient service.

Asked for sausage and cheese breakfast bun No egg as allergic but ended up with sausage and egg no cheese. Too long a wait for food so threw it all in bin and will not return. Wish they could teach staff to speak and listen to English. And as for change well a hand full of 10c’s OMG

We had a big mishap with our order that I brought to the attention of the supervisor, Chloe, the next day. She handled the issue very professionally, saying that the responsible staff would be spoken to regarding maintaining standards. I left a happy customer.

Purchased a Pappas burger the other day. It's s been a while since I've had one since I really enjoy the burgers. Not sure what they are using now but it was the most disgusting burger I've chewed on. Has AW changed their supplier because it didn't look or taste like past burgers. Seems thinner also.

Hash brown was cold and the grease was unreal. And the bacon and ether had one small piece of bacon on it. Not impressed with the wait or the quality of the food.

Went in with my spouse after dropping the kids off at school for some breakfast. One of the employees decided to go on a smoke break and left the door open, which filled the restaurant with second hand cigarette smoke- my lungs were literally burning. We ordered 2 classic breakfasts, the toast was basically bread, hardly toasted, the hashbrowns were literally dripping with grease, and the eggs were undercooked…the only decent part was the bacon.While bringing our dishes to the clean up station the sink wasn’t running and the hand sanitizer pump wasn’t working.We have been long time A&W customers, and this is the closest location to us, but I’d hard pressed to ever return. My hair and clothing smells like smoke now. If I could give zero stars I would.

Meh, food prep us good. It's clean for a busy spot. Counter service however, lacks quality,accuracy, and expediency
