We bought a 30 Thor Gas Oven in March of 2021

After 2 months, burners won’t ignite. $ 3 grand won’t go far with this brand. I can’t find receipt so they wont fix. Think I stole it or bought it 3 years ago and waited until April 2022 to register. Way to stand behind your product Thor. Garbage service.Update. I found the receipt. I will update what happens next when it happens.No resolution. Officially the WORST COMPANY EVER!It was finally resolved. Oven fixed.

i highly recommend you keep away from Thor ranges. We purchased a 36 gas range 15 months ago. The oven does not work

We purchased the Thor 18 inch wine refrigerator in Sept 2020. Just barely two years later, in Nov 2022, the wine fridge stopped cooling. It was deemed non-repairable. STAY FAR AWAY from this brand of wine refrigerators. They are just made to last past the warranty period.

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I bought an $800 wine fridge from this company that ended breaking 1.5 months later. They would not replace it due to the service warranty only being on part AND it took over a month in working with the company to get parts shipped out to then pay someone else to install the parts. I have never seen such poor ownership for a product in my life. I will never be purchasing another THOR product and will not recommend it to anyone. Be very aware when purchasing anything from this company because they are only out to make money and do not care about the consumer at all.

Don't purchase these appliances, First quality is bad of these products and on top their service is the worst. I purchase the gas stove with six burners and the oven door is not closing properly. Because of that all the knobs get hot that can burn you hand if touched while we are baking and also a lot of waste of energy, I spent more than 6 months on call and email with them and at the end result is zero. I will never buy their product and will highly recommend everyone to stay away from this company. Their appliances are not cheap price wise but quality wise they are definitely cheap. I wish they have some minus star review system I would have given that to them

NIGHTMARE! NEVER PURCHASE THIS BRAND!Purchased the THOR SS Beverage station. It arrived Sunday with instructions not to plug it in for 24 hours. On Monday I plugged it in & it sounds like a zipper in a dryer just rolling around relentlessly. My home was previously nice & quiet & now the only sound you can hear is a zipper in a dryer, this is the sound the wine fridge makes relentlessly. Today, Wednesday I contact THOR Customer service & they indicated this is not something they can assist with. They will provide parts, however I am responsible for the repair on a BRAND NEW BEVERAGE CENTRE... Delivered 72 hours ago, not working & I am expected to pay for the repair of this brand new appliance... IN WHAT WORLD WOULD ANYONE PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT WHEN YOU DON'T STAND BEHIND IT! Absolutely LUDACRIS! This company deserves ZERO STARS for their embarrassing policies. Furthermore, CUSTOMER SERVICE should result in SERVICE to THE CUSTOMER, not a back & forth battle with individuals packing 0 solutions, lots of attitude behaving as if you've interrupted their day with your call. How this company is still in business is a wonder! BUYER BEWARE & BEST OF LUCK IF YOU DECIDE TO PROCEED WITH THIS BRAND!

Poor customer serviceBought a gas range, range burns pans on low. The oven is off 75-100 degrees (dial to actual). Customer service told us to try different pans and that a delta in dial to oven was normal for 50 degrees or so. They would not send someone out. Now 1.5 months past wty. Same issue. Same bad support, not warranty. Call another service provider they do not need to be Thor certified because the work is not wty. No help. No support. Stay away for your sake.

I wish I would have seen these low reviews of Thor Kitchen before spending $8000 in appliances for my new home. Within the warranty period our Oven stopped working. Thor shipped a part that they thought might be the problem and a list of authorized repair companies. None work on Thor. When we called them back they said warranty was out. The range was $4599 and that's all they can come up with. So much for their quality products!
