I have had to reach out to Al a few times in the last few years. Our indoor cat is a little too curious, slips outside, won't come home, and without Al's help, probably wouldn't.I am grateful to Al for helping us get her home each time. His guidance, support, and assurance that patience is best has been a (literal) life saver. There are no words to express how thankful we are.I have and will continue to recommend Al and his team to help find your lost pet. He is professional and responsive - at all hours.While I hope not to have to reach out again, I certainly wouldn't hesitate if there is a next time.With gratitude, Chloe's family :)

I can’t say enough good things about Petsearchers. Our dog was lost for two days before we heard about Petsearchers. Everyone kept telling us to contact Al from Petsearchers. They had a rock solid reputation.It ended up being Parker who responded to our call very quickly. He gave us a lot of advice originally (very quick responses- easy to reach and easy to understand) and then arranged to meet us. Our dog was on the run and not willing to be caught- many many people had tried to chase her but failed. Parker told us our actions were right and made us feel at ease about the rescue. As soon as our dog was at a point where she could be traced Parker was on his way to calm her and secure her. He then kept her safe in the office until we could get there!!Tulip is now safe with us!!

I would like to express gratitude to Al and Petsearchers team for support and help in finding our 10 months old border collie Chase.From the moment Chase got lost on My. Seymour Resort on Saturday May 15, 2021 at 9AM, to 60 hrs later when he walked out from behind Tobogganing building on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 7:30PM, Al was with us every step of the way.Al provided sound advice on how to search for Chase, took time to listen to us and guide us. We were able to follow advice which directly contributed to finding Chase! From advice how to set up search to educating us on how dogs react when lost to practical advice we could use in our specific situation.Al's guidance to wait with open door of our car is exactly how we got Chase back. He was seen several times over 2.5 days and would always run away from people. At the end our patience worked out and Chase found our parked car and entered to safety.We are so grateful to Al and Petsearchers. We would not be able to find Chase without Al’s help. Even after we found Chase Al provided guidance on how to take care of Chase, what trackers are good to use and how to use them.Chase is now resting, drinking tons of water and repeating process!We have no words to describe how grateful we are for support. We were so happy with Parker and our Petsearchers experience. They were very prompt with communication, clear in the procedures and totally knowledgeable in the techniques/approach to find our lost Cat. We lost our indoor cat on Tuesday evening, contacted Pet Searchers Thursday evening and our traps were set in time for Friday evening. Our Cat was successfully captured early Tuesday morning. Success!

My kitty was missing for nine days. He was an indoor only kitty and wouldn’t come when I called and searched for him but Pet Searchers told me he was close by. First night after hiring Pet Searchers my kitty was trapped in there kitty trap and I got them back. I am so happy and well worth the money to get my for baby back. Al (Founder of Pet Searchers) is hands down, one of the most professional, hard-working, generous & kind-hearted people I've ever met.My rescue dog went missing for 2 weeks and if it was not for him and his remarkable team, I can confidently say - I would have never been able to be re-united with my lost dog. Anytime there was ever a sighting he and his team would immediately rush to the scene to optimize our chances for being able to be successful in bringing my dog home.I can confidently say Al is an amazing trust worthy guy who goes above and beyond for his clients and he super-seeded all of my expectations! As one example of many... After my dog was found he offered to take my dog home to take care of him for a couple days and let him decompress under his supervision.All in all I couldn't imagine a better organization to call if you lost your pet and I would recommend Pet Searchers to anyone/everyone who ends up in that unfortunate situation that I did.Attached is a picture of my dog Hero who came home safe and sound after 12 full days of being lost primarily in a forest and who wouldn't be with me today if it has not been for Pet Searchers Canada.Thank you so much Pet Searchers!!!

My cat (Ash) went missing three days ago, I contacted Pet Searchers and Parker responded quickly and went to my place to start the search. He identified those areas with scent and without scent and gave me the to do list to follow up. I did the scent trail and left the cat food & kennel outdoor last night per his instruction. It works!! My cat came back by himself this morning!It is so amazing!!! I will highly recommend Pet Searchers and you can see the result!
