Tsuut'ina Administration Office

I called to find out if Tsuut’ina offered any help to a First Nation senior requiring a nursing home. They asked if the person was a member of Tsuut’ina? to which I replied “no they are not”, the person I spoke to them said “we don’t help anyone that doesn’t belong to this tribe, they have to call their own tribe” and they immediately hung up on me. The entire interaction with the person who answered the phone was rude right from the way they said hello to the the way I was immediately dismissed and hung up on. Professional representation of the band office was definitely shown by the way this person was completely unwilling to further discuss or help in any way once they found out I was not a member of their band.

Took Mt bro inlaw here to get a new status card. I figured it would be hours.She had us in and out before 30 mins was up....Can't complain

I’ve been here a couple of times so far. When we sell a vehicle to a carded native Albertan, we have to take a photo to prove the vehicle was indeed GST exempt. It is always busy and lots of people to help you.

Well, actually I can't say anything about the building as I didn't go on, but the parking lot had one of the best vantage points for star gazing during the recent Saturn-Jupiter conjunction.

Security needs to smile more if they are the ones people have to see and deal with them when they first walk in

Just wanted to hop on and let people know that you can no longer renew status cards here unless you are a part of Tsuut'ina Nation. However, during Covid the government website states that expiry dates on status cards is suspended until further notice and you are still able to access services if needed. The receptionist was abrupt and rushed me off the phone and I found this information on my own.
