Medigas

First, let me say that I never write reviews. I felt I had to with this. I consulted 3 different companies for quotes before settling on Medigas. I first was working with Tara Greiss in Montreal, who was fantastic, quick to respond and very available for questions. My appointment ultimately to purchase the machine was with Marie-Josée Lefebvre as I live in Longueuil. She is great !!! She did her best to serve me in English as we Franglais-ed our way through it all since I could also speak to her in French. She was very nice and took the time to explain everything me. I had a question when I got home which I emailed to her, and she responded right away. I received a follow up email after 4 days of use, which I really appreciated, asking me how things with Brad" (the name I've given my machine) were going. She is friendly and informative. I wanted initially to use Biron as it was a name I knew

I worked with Medigas, the team motivated, professional, brave good leadership especially (KEVIN, Oscar, velson, Julie, Isaac and the receptionist Carole) during my course I learned many things I am very grateful to Medigas.

To summarize; a terrible service.The receptionist completely disrespectful and kept arguing even though she was wrong.Her intentional mistake costed me couple hundreds! But she didn't care, all what matters is that they make some more money :(Don't go there, you better go to Biron or Vitalaire.

Avoid at all costs. Purchased a unit and than got no service. After 3 days mask was not right for my needs. Took almost 2 weeks to try to replace mask and when I went for my appointment they decided to close early. Next morning receptionist said she left early. Receptionist seems like she eats mad dog for breakfast. Acts more like a prison guard. ( no insult to prison guards). Decided to return the item . The superviser would not even take my call but wanted to charge me rental. Had to call head office to solve the problem. Also took a few days to return a cash payment. Went with another company and payed almost $500.00 less for the exact same unit.

Service médiocre, ça fait 2 semaine et demi que je les appelles chaque jours et que je laisse des messages pour un équipement défectueux et un changement de bouteille et aucune réponse ni retour d appelle
