Amazing place to buy and alter wedding dresses! I could not have been happier with my experience at Laysieng. The owners were very patient with me, allowing me to stay for many hours trying on different wedding dresses, unlike the large chains that kick you out after one hour. They also met with me on numerous occasions to discuss several different alteration options to ensure a perfect fit. If that wasn't enough, they agreed to alter my bridesmaid dresses on a tight turnaround time, which were bought elsewhere and unfortunately arrived too big. I highly recommend Laysieng to all brides! Such nice owners. They really take their time to help you find what you're looking for. The lady owner made sure to correctly lace up the corset of every bridal gown I tried on so I could get an exact idea of what it would look like. She must of done up at least two dozen dresses for me without making me feel rushed, or like I was wasting her time. Even when I left without a purchase the first time around, she did not make me feel bad about it. I felt like she treated me the same way she would treat her own daughter. When I finally found the dress, she helped me find the right veil, and even showed me what the dress would look like bustled up. Out of all the bridal shops I've been to, laysieng has by far the best prices and the most variety.

My entire experience with Laysieng Couturier has been an absolute dream. I first visited them last September after my fiancé's cousin recommended it to me, and they did not disappoint.They are extremely friendly, and focus all of their attention on you without being over-bearing. Their prices are great, the service is excellent.I ended up purchasing my wedding dress and all of my bridesmaid's dresses (4) there. She is so flexible with out of town bridesmaids and is even doing the second fittings for 3 of the girls on the day before the wedding!Would definitely recommend

Extremely competitive prices! The owners of this place (a lovely Asian couple) really know their stuff. They're really honest and transparent regarding everything. I felt good about giving them my business (well, my sister is the bride but you know what I mean!).The dresses are stunning, so we said yes to the dress!

This is such a wonderful place if you want to shop for any type of dress that gives you a reasonable price - but that doesn't skimp out on quality! It's also wonderful because the wonderful lady who owns this place does all of the alterations - so no shipping out the dress. I found my bridal gown here and my wedding party has already chosen their dresses!Not only that but the staff is amazing and makes you feel welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone. A must visit! Truly a wonderful place with beautiful dresses!

Amazing experiance, bought my wedding dress here back in June, alterations were finished today and got my dress back. It fits perfectly. Alterations were done within 2 weeks and nothing additional needed to be done. Very friendly owners and great range of sizes, got my dress in a 22 and couldn't be happier.

Horrific experience to say the least. Purchased all 6 of my bridesmaid dresses here - they were a GREAT price, and the alteration prices seemed very reasonable. However, if you purchase a dress from here, PLEASE get it altered elsewhere. The first bridesmaid (who lives out of town) came back to pick up her dress on the promised date, and it was not ready. 3 weeks went by, I went by to see what the status was - it was ready, but they did not contact anyone about it. Bridesmaid tried the dress on the next time she was in town, and the seamstress had taken it in around the rib cage (which she was NOT supposed to do). She was only supposed to hem the dress and take in the straps. She did not take in the straps at all. The dress now has to be completely taken apart and reconstructed, 3 weeks before the wedding. A second bridesmaid dress was hemmed to short, so she now has to find other shoes that will work with the length of the dress.. and best of all. my WEDDING dress was hemmed too short (and crooked), a pink spot was on the breast of my dress (which the seamstress was VERY quick to say that I brought the dress in like that) and the clip at the top of the zipper was GONE. Needless to say, this place has great prices, but TERRIBLE customer service (they fought me on paying the final half of the alteration cost, which I refused to pay), and they managed to screw up 3 dresses. Very disappointing, thank god the rest of my bridesmaid went elsewhere for alterations! Future brides, please be careful when choosing a seamstress, you do not want to scramble so close to your big day!!

I bought my prom dress here nine years ago, just last week we revisited in hopes of finding my sister a prom dress. We found a unique dress that she fell in love with AND my mom also found her dress for my wedding. We later returned that same week and my bridesmaids bought their dresses. Needless to say - we love this place, love the people and love the selection. They are very patient, kind and are very approachable.
