This shop is so friendly, respectful, professional and helpful. We have serviced multiple bikes with them and have been more than satisfied. They continue to ask if the bikes are still in good shape weeks after the repair and even ask if our children are enjoying their bikes. My latest visit, she even surprised me by adjusting my bike helmet outside to make it safe to use. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Laura is great! She returned my call in search for a helmet promptly and was able to find me and fit me for a helmet that I love. Very helpful service. The store is also acting in accordance with Covid-19 protocols, so seems like a very safe place to visit.

This family run bike shop is the best bike shop in London. They are honest, very friendly, and provide the highest quality service to all types of bikes at extremely reasonable prices. I would recommend Cyzzle Cycles to any cyclist who is looking for any work done on their bike. They are extremely knowledgeable and their turn around time is faster than any other bike shop in the city. 5 stars all around!

My first time in this little shop today and Eddie was so friendly and pointed out helpful things I wasn't even there for. They fixed up my bike at a reasonable price. You can tell they just love bikes. Lovely family run shop.

My wife has got a tune up here previously and I went in for the first time today. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating to a novice rider like myself. We had a nice conversation about our backgrounds and Sygnan is really knowledgeable in his craft. I hope I can get my first ride in soon and if I catch the bug, have Cyzzle Cycles be my go to spot!
