Upper Canada Truck Sales

This is a long review but before buying a truck from upper Canada truck sales, I truly feel that the truth should be brought forward.More then anything I'd love to give the boys at upper Canada truck sales an outstanding review however with great sadness i'm left with few options but to give them a negative review.Where do I start. Originally when I initially called upper Canada truck sales and spoke with nick about a kenworth W900 I soon found out that the truck i desired was far outside my price range and I certainly accept that so I decided to go with a stunning 2017 western star 5700xe instead with super low kms and extremely clean.. around mid July I took delivery of my western star and id like to say that it has been a wonderful but unfortunately it has not.When I purchased the truck i had an agreement that new tires would be installed on the front of the tractor and yes they did install new tires however (without proof) it appeared they decided to just pull two new tires and rims off another truck on their lot and call it good except for the fact the sizes they installed on the tractor were completely wrong. Someone mistakenly put 24.5 rims and tires on the fronts while the drives are 22.5's obviously a mistake they did fix so im happy there.My BIGGEST issue I have right now is that the truck has a very bad vibration when driving at highway speeds, ive spoken to the finance manager (faiq) and his only response to me is that nick will contact me to get this worked out but of course a couple days go by and I still hear nothing and im still driving a truck that feels like the floor boards and steering wheel is going to fly off any moment at higher speeds.One thing that really annoyed me most is the lack of care given after ive already driven off the lot with the truck making it seem like my business doesn't really matter one iota. Faiq mentioned to me prior to me taking delivery of the truck that their machanic took to truck for over a 300km test drive as part of their safety protocol yet for some strange reason like magic the techs at upper Canada truck didn't notice the vibration. Odd don't ya think hmm.So now its a waiting game to see if they actually follow through with their promise to fix the issue or if they just sort of hope that I forget about the issues at hand.UPDATE: Its now been about a month since taking delivery of this truck and many problems have come up and I know buying a used vehicle presents itself with its own set of circumstances however I didn't expect as much BS as ive had to deal with so soon.After speaking with nick about the problems I've had, he booked me an appointment with a well known shop in Mississauga ontario they use quite frequently for their repairs. When I arrived at the repair shop and gave them all the information about why i'm bringing it there i.e the vibration, the batteries, the windshields seals and the tires being damaged. The shop claimed that the batteries are good by visual inspection only (without properly load testing them), they claim the vibration is caused by the drive wheels being out of balance (again without even taking the truck for a test drive) and of course the scheduled appointment for the windshields repair didn't get done either because the windshield repair shop never got the call to come fix the issue.Obviously upper Canada truck sales will use low budget shops like this just to give them the information they want to hear hence costing them far less money and caring less about the customer. Right now I'm at the point of just surrendering the truck, taking the hit on my credit and being done with the entire thing because if what was missed already is only what's the start of whats to come then I can't afford it anymore.updateAs of Dec 20th 2020 I've hired a lawyer and am in the process of suing ucts for lost wages, cost of repairs and lawyer fees.. the pictures i attached are from the wrong work completed by ASA truck repairs installing wrong mismatched parts.. buyer beware from ucts

The truck was shipped to my door and done very professionally, I would recommend this leasing company to any owner operators out there!

I bought a used truck from Chris at Upper Canada Truck Sales in Inisfil, ON back in March 2023. I flew to Toronto and drove the truck home to AB and went to work with it a short time later. I've put 27000 km on it since then with no issues. The truck worked and looked like new when I got it and the team at Upper Canada Truck Sales were awesome to deal with! I would definitely buy there again!

Just picked up my new too me 2020 peterbilt 579 today at ucts. Thanks to Nick in sales and Faiq in finance for making the whole process stress free.I drove cross country from Calgary to pick the truck up and was pleased to see on arrival that the truck was ready to go and detailed to a high degree.This is my first experience using ucts and was very satisfied with their service and patience in getting the sale concluded. I have dealt with Upper Canada for many years but this has been the first experience in purchasing. It was no surprise that the staff was exceptional. I reached out to Nick with regards to a few units he had in stock and we were able to secure the ideal truck. The purchasing process was extremely streamlined. The unit itself was detailed to the highest standards upon delivery. Each question or concern I had during the process was answered efficiently by Nick. Bought my 2013 Kenworth from Nick at their Innisfil location, and had it imported into the US. Nick made the purchase and import absolute breeze. Communication was amazing, and I never had a doubt about anything being hidden. Nick even messaged me after the purchase to see what I thought about it! Being from Texas, I was a little worried about buying a truck from Canada, but I was treated better here than any dealer I dealt with here in the US. I will DEFINITELY be looking here when I purchase my next truck!

If you're gonna get a truck, this is the place! Faiq and Nick helped me step into my first truck as owner operator. Incredible helpful in truly assessing which tractor I needed for the Job. And ensured I wasn't going to be stepping into something I couldn't be profitable with. Absolutely no pressure to buy, and were Incredibly straight forward with it. Will definitely continue to do business with them!
